“Drug monitoring, new psychoactive substances and development of early warning systems” workshop
The purpose of this workshop is to promote national dialogue on drug monitoring, new psychoactive substances and the development of early warning systems based on best European practices and international standards. In addition, this workshop aims to connect and create dialogue between key stakeholders from government and non-government agencies, and defines a unified action plan to improve data collection and early warning systems.
