On 29 March 2022, the 7^th Phase of the Central Asia Drug Reduction Programme (CADAP) was officially launched at an opening conference. The new phase of the EU-financed CADAP has a budget of € 6.8 Million and it aims to develop integrated and evidence-based drug policies and reduce drug demand among vulnerable groups, through a gender and human rights-based approach.
