On October 27, the EU Delegation in the Kyrgyz Republic staff and CADAP 7 implementing agency FIIAPP made a visit to the Clean Zone, built with CADAP support – which is the only female correctional institution in Kyrgyzstan located in Stepnoye village for convicted women who made a choice to quit using psychoactive substances.
